Terms of Use — vairee

Effective: 2 October 2026
Version: 2026-10-02
Operator: Recberry s.r.o., Company ID 04972236, Tupolevova 741, Prague 9 – Letňany, 199 00, Czech Republic

These Terms apply to https://card.vairee.ai. They do not apply to other Recberry websites on recberry.com or to the vairee.ai marketing site.

The Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain personal data. These Terms explain how you may use the service.

1. The agreement

By creating an account or signing in, you contract with Recberry s.r.o.

The upload screen asks you to confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice and agree to these Terms, and that you understand we will process the file you upload — including sending text to Google and Anthropic in the United States — in order to build the card. That confirmation forms this contract. It is not a separate “consent” that you can withdraw while keeping the account.

If you only open a share link, you are not creating an account. Use the page lawfully. The sentence on a tracked page applies to you.

Sending an interest or “not a fit” form is a request that we process what you typed. It is not a hiring contract with Recberry.

2. The service

vairee is a free beta. You can build a card, share an allow-listed view, export a PDF, and receive messages from people who open your link. There is no subscription fee on this product.

We may change or stop features. There is no uptime guarantee.

A job-description card in the same app is part of these Terms, not a separate product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to contract. The service is for professional use.

4. Account

Access is by magic link. Protect the inbox and the signed-in device. Write to vairee@vairee.ai if you think the account is misused.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms, that is used to abuse the service, or if we close the beta.

You may delete the account in the product or by email. What we delete from the live database is described in the Privacy Notice. A restore dump on GitHub can hold a copy for up to thirty days after we took it.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you already have in CVs, profile text and other material you submit.

You grant Recberry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as the account exists and for the backup and legal records described in the Privacy Notice, to host, process — including by Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude — display and convert Your Content only to operate this service.

You must have the right to submit what you upload. Do not submit special-category data (health, religion, ethnicity, union membership, political opinions, sex life). If you use polish or the Future layer, the card text you asked us to work on, including your stated desired direction, is sent to Google Gemini, and to Anthropic only if Gemini fails. Three optional check-in fields (how you feel, life constraints, hard no-gos) are not sent to either provider. Please still do not type special-category data into any field.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use it to train a Recberry model. Paid Gemini and Anthropic API terms applicable to our accounts provide that paid-tier inputs are not used to train those providers’ foundation models.

6. Sharing and PDF

You choose whether sharing is on. Recipients see the allow-listed view only.

A labelled tracked link tells you when it was opened and how far it was read. That measurement is described in the Privacy Notice. You can use an untracked link instead.

A PDF is a copy that leaves our systems. We cannot pull it back from someone who already has the file.

We do not verify that a visitor is who they say they are.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to harass or unlawfully profile anyone; try to identify an anonymous visitor from beacon data; break or overload the system; bypass rate limits or access controls; upload malware; or present AI output as a verified fact about a third person.

Staff tools are only for allow-listed Recberry email addresses.

8. AI

AI output can be wrong. Review it before you share it or export a PDF. The service is not legal, medical or career advice. Recberry does not make hiring decisions.

9. Availability

The beta is provided as is. We do not promise interviews, replies or error-free parsing.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability that Czech or EU law says cannot be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost opportunity, lost interviews or lost profit, and our total liability for the free beta is limited to EUR 50.

EEA consumers keep the mandatory rights the law gives them.

11. Business users

If you use the job-card path in the course of a business, you will indemnify Recberry against claims that arise from content you upload, to the extent the law allows. This paragraph does not apply to a consumer acting outside their trade.

12. Law

Czech law applies, including the Civil Code and, where you are a consumer, the Consumer Protection Act.

Czech courts have jurisdiction. An EEA consumer may also sue in the courts of their residence. The European Commission ODR platform may be available to consumers.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version date will change. For a material change we will email the account address when we reasonably can. If you do not agree, delete the account.
