vairee Privacy Notice
1. What This Notice Is, and How It Relates to Recberry
vairee is a project operated by Recberry s.r.o. It is not a separate company. Recberry s.r.o. is the sole legal entity responsible for vairee, in the same way it is responsible for the Recberry Job Seeker Space. Wherever "we," "us," or "our" appears below, it means Recberry s.r.o.
This notice explains the data practices that are specific to vairee — because vairee works differently from Job Seeker Space in two important ways: which AI providers process your data, and how long your profile is kept.

If anything in this notice conflicts with the master Privacy Policy on a vairee-specific point (AI processors, retention), this notice governs for vairee. On every other point, the master Privacy Policy governs.

3. What vairee Is
vairee builds a dynamic, evidence-based professional profile (a "vairee-card") from documents you provide. Unlike a static CV, it is meant to read the way an experienced recruiter would read you — and it improves as you review and confirm what it finds.
4. What Data We Collect
4.1 Documents you provide
- Your CV (required)
- Your LinkedIn profile, exported as a PDF (optional)
4.2 Data derived from those documents
- Structured fields extracted from your CV/LinkedIn (roles, skills, dates, education, etc.), each linked back to the exact source text it came from
- A recruiter's brief — a short narrative summary generated from your documents
- Deeper analysis insights (patterns, gaps, and signals identified from your approved brief)
- Confidence levels attached to each piece of information, calculated automatically (not by AI)
4.3 Technical data
IP address, browser/device type, and basic usage logs, collected automatically for security and to prevent abuse
We do not currently collect account credentials, OAuth identities, or payment information for vairee — there is no login system in the current version.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): processing your CV/LinkedIn content for AI-powered analysis and profile generation. This is the primary basis for vairee.
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): preventing fraud/abuse, keeping the service secure.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR): where we're required to retain or disclose data by law.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Doing so means we can no longer provide the profile-building service, and you may request deletion (see Section 9).
6. AI Providers Used by vairee
This is the main difference from Job Seeker Space, which uses only Anthropic. vairee uses two AI providers:
Google LLC (Gemini API) — primary processor
- Purpose: parsing your documents, generating the recruiter's brief and deeper analysis insights
- Data shared: text extracted from your CV/LinkedIn PDF
- Location: United States / Google's processing regions
- Safeguard: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google's data processing terms

Anthropic, Inc. (Claude API) — backup processor, used only if Gemini is unavailable
- Purpose: same as above
- Data shared: same as above
- Location: United States

By uploading your documents to vairee, you explicitly consent to this content being transferred to the United States for processing by Google and, where used as a fallback, Anthropic. Neither provider retains your data beyond what's needed to return a response to us. You may withdraw this consent at any time, which will prevent vairee from generating or updating your profile.
7. Other Processors
- MongoDB, Inc. (MongoDB Atlas) — database hosting for your vairee-card. Privacy Policy

8. How Long We Keep Your Data
Your vairee-card is a living profile, not a one-time report. Unlike Job Seeker Space's one-year analysis window, your vairee profile is designed to persist and improve over time — similar to how a LinkedIn profile works.
Default retention: your vairee-card, source documents, recruiter's brief, and analysis insights are kept for as long as your profile is active. There is no automatic expiry. It exists until you choose to delete it.
9. Your Right to Delete Your Profile
You can request permanent deletion of your vairee-card at any time. On request, we permanently delete:
- The vaireeCard record itself
- The extracted source text from your CV/LinkedIn (`sourceCvText`)
- The recruiter's brief
- All Stage 2 analysis insights and evidence references
How to request deletion:
- Email barbora@recberry.com with the subject "vairee Profile Deletion Request," from the email address associated with your profile, or
- Use the delete link included in any email we send you about your vairee-card, or
- Use the Delete My Profile option (Manage My Data in the site footer)
We will confirm deletion by email once it's complete. We aim to complete deletions immediately upon confirmed request; our formal GDPR response window is 30 days for any request requiring manual handling.
Note on verification: because vairee does not currently require a login, we verify deletion requests via the email address tied to your profile before deleting anything, to prevent someone else from deleting your data.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States by Google (Gemini) and, as a fallback, Anthropic — see Section 6. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of the applicable SCCs by contacting barbora@recberry.com.
11. Your GDPR Rights
You have the same rights described in full in Recberry's Privacy Policy, Section 9, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ):

12. Automated Decision-Making
vairee's AI-generated brief and insights are advisory only and require your review and approval before becoming part of your profile. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you (Article 22 GDPR).
13. Children's Privacy
vairee is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 16.
14. Cookies
vairee does not currently set any cookies beyond what's covered in Recberry's Cookie Policy for the wider site. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
15. Changes to This Notice
We'll update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you by email if we make a material change to how vairee handles your data — particularly any change to which AI providers we use or how long data is kept.
